Health and Wellness Coaching embody a collaborative journey to overall wellbeing. COACHING: Coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the present and future rather than the past. It involves the coach and the individual or team working together to identify goals, develop skills, and create action plans to achieve them. Coaching is versatile and applies to personal growth, professional development, sports, etc.
Topics can include but are not limited to:
Dealing with stress
Eating well
Feeling good overall
Fitness
Managing weight
Pricing: $100 per 1-hour session
DOES NOT REPLACE: While coaching is incredibly valuable, it's important to note that it isn't a substitute for psychotherapy. When a client shows signs of a psychiatric issue, it's our duty as coaches to guide them to seek support from a mental health professional. Coaching isn't a replacement for a dietician, personal trainer, or physician but a complementary support system.
